    Yes, the massager can easily be placed high up on the neck -- and up the rest of the head or down the back. You may want to adjust the speed level if it's too intense. Regardless, I've never had a massage therapist who could get that deep without tiring very quickly. Via the massager!

    No, This is not wireless.
  • Can it work in other countries?
    It could work but you will have to buy an adapter to connect the US cord to the Egypt outlet, and this dosent come along with the package.
